Join NJDEP Fish & Wildlife's R3 Fishing Program at the Hackettstown State Fish Hatchery's First Catch Center. These introductory workshops cover fish biology, equipment, casting, knots, fishing regulations, and more. Participants will put their new skills to practice with a fishing experience the same day.
