The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) will host a public meeting to share information and discuss future management of fish, wildlife and habitat on Lake Miccosukee during an ongoing, naturally occurring dry-down event.
The meeting will take place on Feb. 26 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Jefferson County Courthouse Annex located at 435 West Walnut Street, Monticello, FL 32344.
This is an opportunity for residents, anglers, hunters, stakeholders and community partners to receive information about natural dry-downs, share their perspectives and ask questions about future Lake Miccosukee management opportunities.
