The Ike Foundation® Announces 2026 College Scholarship Winners

June 9, 2026, Pittsgrove, NJ. The Ike Foundation® is proud to announce the 2026 College Scholarship winners! 216 amazing high school seniors from across the country with an earned GPA of at least 3.2 submitted applications for The Ike Foundation® College Scholarship. Students were required to submit letters of recommendation, a high school transcript, a college acceptance letter and an essay that answered the following question:

What roles have fishing and the outdoors played in your life up to this point? What are your hopes for the future of fishing and the outdoors?

These students have demonstrated excellence in academics, leadership, community involvement, and a passion for making a positive impact both on and off the water. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment to their future made them stand out among an exceptionally talented group of applicants.

We are especially pleased to award the inaugural Carol Muracco Memorial Scholarship, created in memory of one of the founding forces behind The Ike Foundation®. She believed deeply in the power of education, perseverance, and giving back to your community and was passionate about The Ike Foundation Scholarship® Program. Carol's kindness, generosity, and dedication to helping others continue to inspire our mission and the young people we serve.

An additional sponsored scholarship is made possible thanks to Bill Hoffman and Hoffman's Exterminating Co., Inc., A longtime supporter and volunteer of The Ike Foundation®, Bill's generous support continues to help create opportunities for young people through education, fishing, and outdoor experiences.
