Pitman Creek Wholesale Breaks Ground on 112,500-Square-Foot Expansion

STANFORD, Ky. — Pitman Creek Wholesale broke ground on a 112,500-square-foot expansion at its headquarters in Stanford, Kentucky. The project will create space for a broader product selection and increase operational capacity.

"We never set out to be the biggest. We simply wanted to be the best every day by taking care of every customer," said James Coffey, president of Pitman Creek Wholesale. "This expansion is another investment in our customers. It gives us the capacity to grow alongside our dealers while maintaining the service they've come to expect from Pitman Creek."

The expansion also marks the next chapter for the family-owned company, with James Coffey and his son, Addison, working together to lead Pitman Creek Wholesale's continued growth.

When construction is complete, Pitman Creek Wholesale's combined operational footprint across its Kentucky headquarters and Germantown, Wisconsin distribution facility will total 357,500 square feet. That's roughly the size of six football fields. The additional space will support future growth and create room for an even broader product selection.
