Historic bass fishing memorabilia from legendary anglers, unique artwork, bucket-list fishing adventures and plenty of gear are all up for grabs as the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame hosts its annual "Celebrate Bass Fishing Week" online auction today with proceeds helping support the Hall's mission to celebrate, promote and preserve the sport of bass fishing. The auction concludes at 10pm EST on Thursday, Sept. 24.
Held in conjunction with the Hall's annual Celebrate Bass Fishing Week and the 2026 Hall of Fame induction festivities, the auction offers anglers, collectors, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts an opportunity to bid on an eclectic collection of items and experiences — with many that simply cannot be found anywhere else.
Among the most distinctive offerings are several items that connect directly to the history and personalities of bass fishing.
A collection of custom crankbaits honoring 2026 inductee Mike Whitaker offers a unique way to commemorate one of the sport's influential figures. Also featured is the "Heddon Letter" artwork, celebrating the historic Heddon brand and its place in bass fishing history.
Artwork honoring Hall of Fame inductee Bob Cobb provides another opportunity for collectors to own a piece of bass fishing history, while a selection of other framed artwork, fishing memorabilia and autographed items adds even more variety to this year's auction.
And then there are the experiences.

Most importantly, every bid helps support the work of the Hall."
Funds raised through the auction help the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame carry out its mission and support programs that benefit the sport, including fisheries conservation, scholarships and other initiatives designed to strengthen the future of bass fishing. The Hall has provided significant financial support for conservation projects and fisheries students in recent years, with fundraising playing an important role in making those programs possible.
The Bass Fishing Hall of Fame exists to recognize individuals and organizations whose contributions have significantly advanced the sport while preserving and promoting its history for future generations.
The 2026 Celebrate Bass Fishing Week will culminate with the induction of Don Iovino, Pam Martin-Wells, Takahiro Omori, Rick Pierce and Mike Whitaker into the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame on September 24 at Johnny Morris' Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium in Springfield, Mo.
