Our Office of Community Relations is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Social Media Coordinator to help further the agency’s mission. In this role, you will coordinate the public communication efforts of FWC’s divisions and offices to educate Floridians and visitors about the role and value of Florida's fish and wildlife resources and to foster a sense of stewardship for these resources. These efforts include collaborating with Public Information Coordinators and other staff to write and edit creditable messaging for publication on FWC’s social media platforms, providing customer service to stakeholders via social media direct messages and the comment section, and coordinating and organizing a social media schedule when back-up is required.
