Broken Rod? St. Croix Makes Warranty Claims Easy!

 

If you're visiting our Customer Appreciation Day in Park Falls on June 21, here's your chance to save time and money by getting your warranty claim processed in advance of your visit!

Pre-register your warranty claim HERE before 5:00PM Central Time on Friday June 13.
Bring your broken rod to the Warranty Tent at Customer Appreciation Day, pay a $30 In-Person Warranty Fee (half of our Standard $60 Warranty Fee), and pick up your rod.

Warranty Claim Pre-Registration Rules

  • Pre-register your warranty claim before June 13, 2025.
  • The Guide Center Team will contact you with confirmation that either 1) your replacement rod will be ready for pick-up at CAD, or 2) your replacement rod will not be ready at CAD due to it not being in stock.
  • If your particular rod cannot be replaced under warranty at CAD, the Guide Center Team will contact you and it will be processed under our Standard Warranty. Additional Standard Warranty fees will apply. If your broken rod is no longer manufactured or available, we will replace it with the closest applicable model.
  • Pre-Registration Warranty Fee is $30 per rod.
  • If you pre-register for warranty service at CAD and you do not attend, we will ship your replacement rod to you. Full Standard Warranty fee of $60 will apply.

Simply fill out our easy, online warranty service form to submit your warranty claim. All instructions are found on the form. Once your claim is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email when your replacement rod is shipped.
