CCA Florida STAR Youth Competition presented by Yamaha continues through September 7th. There is still lots of fishing left and lots of great prizes up for grabs.
The Guy Harvey Foundation Scholarship Division Presented Realtree Fishing offers 12 scholarships totaling $100,000 to youth anglers ages 6- 17.
The Teen Challenge presented by Carolina Skiff offers youth ages 13- 17 a shot at winning boat, motor and trailer packages from Carolina Skiff, Custom Gheenoe, Yamaha, Minn Kota, Power Pole and Road King Trailers.
There is a Most Fish Division presented by T H Marine with a Native Watercraft Kayak going to the winner and a Trash Division that allows youth to earn community service hours and great prizes. Youth just need to be registered in the competition and a CCA member, take a photo of their catch or trash with the 2026 STAR Identifier in the photo and submit their catch via the iAngler app for their opportunity to win a share of $150,000 in scholarships and prizes.
