COLUMBIA, S.C. – The all-new Berkley Rawler Harness adds to Berkley's family of Rawler jigs, reimagining one of walleye fishing's trusted presentations by bringing the effectiveness of a traditional crawler harness into a castable, precision-focused design. Built for use with forward-facing sonar, the Rawler Harness gives anglers complete control over where and when they present a Berkley Gulp! SR Crawler or live nightcrawler, making it easier than ever to target individual fish or schools of walleyes.
At the core of the Rawler Harness is a streamlined, hydrodynamic lead-alloy head that casts long distances, sinks quickly, and maintains the desired depth throughout the retrieve. Unlike traditional crawler harnesses designed for trolling, the Rawler Harness is purpose-built for casting, allowing anglers to accurately place their bait in front of fish or around structure while maintaining the natural, slow-turning action that walleye can't resist.
The system is anchored by a premium fluorocarbon harness that delivers exceptional strength and near-invisibility in the water while dramatically improving bait durability during repeated casts. Designed to keep both live and Gulp! SR Crawlers securely rigged, the fluorocarbon harness creates a subtle, lifelike presentation and enhances hookup ratios by ensuring the bait tracks naturally and the hook is positioned for solid hooksets.
