COLUMBIA, S.C. – The all-new Berkley PowerBait Minnotator Grub adds to the Minnotator lineup with a pre-rigged minnow-profile bait that combines realism with the proven swimming action of a grub tail. Designed for anglers who want a simple, ready-to-fish presentation, the Minnotator Grub pairs a classic baitfish profile with ultra-realistic color patterns to mimic natural forage, giving anglers lifelike performance right out of the package.
Built around simplicity, the Minnotator Grub takes the guesswork out of rigging. Its pre-rigged design ensures correct alignment and weight placement every time, helping the bait produce consistent, lifelike grub-tail action without additional adjustment. Anglers can simply tie it on, cast and retrieve, while the realistic minnow profile and swimming grub tail work together to create a natural presentation through the water. Ultra-realistic color patterns further enhance the bait's forage-mimicking appearance, giving anglers an easy-to-fish option in both clear and stained water.
The Minnotator Grub is also infused with Berkley's exclusive PowerBait formula, bringing the technology of taste to every presentation. PowerBait increases bite retention by 18x, giving anglers more time to feel bites, react and set the hook. Combined with its pre-rigged design and lifelike swimming action, the Minnotator Grub delivers a presentation designed not only to trigger strikes, but to help anglers convert more of those bites into hookups. Available in 12 proven colors across four sizes, the lineup gives anglers options to match a variety of forage and fishing conditions.
"The Minnotator Grub was designed to make fishing a realistic minnow presentation as simple as possible," said Chris Seylar, Product Manager for Berkley. "Anglers can tie it on, cast and retrieve, while the combination of its lifelike profile, swimming action and PowerBait taste technology does the work."
