Lew's® MACH® Bottomland® rod and reel combos bring the iconic Mossy Oak® Bottomland® camo to baitcast and spinning models built for outdoorsmen who don't do anything halfway.
The pattern that has vanished into flooded timber and dawn duck blinds for decades is now after bass, crappie, and panfish. For the hunter who trades the blind for the boat at first light, this combo fits both halves of the day: tournament-minded performance behind a pattern that says you belong outdoors.
Precision and Power in Every Cast
Both combos are built on an IM6 graphite blank that delivers strength and control for accurate casts and hard hooksets. Stainless steel guide frames with aluminum oxide inserts keep line flowing smoothly and reduce line wear. The FishSkins™ polymer split-grip handle with EVA butt section gives you a secure, comfortable hold through long days on the water, wet hands and cold mornings included.
Baitcast Combo: Control When It Counts
- Dial in your cast — the recessed, externally adjustable MC-1 Magnetic Cast Control lets you fine-tune for accuracy and fewer backlashes in any conditions.
- Smooth, powerful retrieves — precision-cut solid brass Speed Gears®, machined on Hamai CNC equipment, pair with a 5-bearing stainless steel double-shielded system for fluid operation, cast after cast.
- Instant hooksets — the Zero Reverse® one-way clutch bearing engages immediately with no backplay, and a Rulon drag delivers smooth, consistent pressure while you're fighting fish.
- All-day comfort — the lightweight graphite frame and side plates keep weight down, and the 95mm bowed anodized aluminum handle gives you cranking power that lasts.
Spinning Combo: Simple, Smooth, and Ready for Anything
- Lightweight and tough — a graphite frame and rotor keep it light in the hand without giving up durability.
- Braid-ready — the anodized aluminum spool lets you tie braid directly to the spool with no line slippage and no fuss.
- Steady under pressure — a multi-disc drag system provides strong, consistent stopping power, and the 4-bearing system keeps every retrieve smooth.
- No-slack hooksets — Zero Reverse® one-way clutch bearing technology means the hook goes home the instant you swing.
The MACH Bottomland baitcast and spinning combos are available at participating retailers, with a retail price range of $99.99–$129.99.
