Savage Gear Adds New Size to 3D Line Thru Soft Shine Glide
Precision-engineered soft glide bait gets a new 9-inch size to chase even bigger predator fish

Built from a 3D scan of a real shiner, the Savage Gear 3D Line Thru Soft Shine Glide combines a highly realistic soft-body profile with a natural swimming, chopping, and gliding action. The new 9-inch model uses its increased size and weight to generate additional momentum, giving anglers more fish-drawing power, plus the versatility to swim it naturally, chop it tight or open it up into a wide glide.
Like the original 7-inch model, the 9-inch Soft Shine Glide is designed to excel on both slow and fast retrieves, where its natural profile mimics a fleeing baitfish. On the pause, the bait can wander off to the side, creating the appearance of an injured or vulnerable baitfish. A removable tail weight provides additional control over the presentation, while the substantial soft-body material around the joint and tail gives anglers room to add weight inserts to further customize fall rate, retrieve speed and fishing depth.

The Soft Shine Glide features Savage Gear's line-thru treble system, which allows the hook to separate from the bait once a fish is hooked, preventing the bait from being used as leverage during the fight while also protecting its soft body. The 9-inch model is equipped with two sticky-sharp 2/0 BKK 6062 treble hooks for reliable hookups. The cross-tail design adds stability and castability, while the large soft-body construction and lifelike 3D-scanned details complete a presentation built to imitate natural forage.
